"I really believe that yoga helped our teams stay physically and mentally healthy this season. In the past we would have 3 to 4 players out with injuries ranging from ACL's, pulled muscles and fatigue. This season we have had zero, and are heading for a record breaking season in wins. We're currently in 1st place for district and ranked 4th in Texas, thanks in part to our yoga training all season."
